Real Estate sales has been an enjoyable
and very satisfying career for me. I started in this endeavor
after 31 years with IBM as a professional Industrial Engineer, Business
Planner, and Manager. That career provided me with the training
and skills to work with people: listening, comprehending, negotiating,
making decisions, and respecting each individual.

These traits have helped me
become a very successful real estate agent for Century 21 Alpha
Realty. I have also received the coveted Century 21 National
Quality Service Producer Award for the last 6 years, which
recognizes an agent's dedication to continuously exceeding the
service expectations of his clients, and is awarded based on
feedback from clients. |

For
recreation, I enjoy riding my bike to raise funds for the
MS Society,
and in the winter riding snowmobile with my
snowmobile club
friends. |

I
have been married for 38 years and have a wonderful family. My
two daughters have brought me much joy and I love being a father and
grandfather to our two grand-daughters.
My
wife & I are avid outdoorsmen and enjoy camping and hiking in our
local parks. We also enjoy bicycling over the many trails
throughout Southeast Minnesota.
I am
also into woodworking and am extremely active in the local
snowmobile club. |
